Each one of us might have suffered from some kind of demotivation and other psychological disorders such as stress, insecurity, low self-esteem etc., physical and emotional disorders at some point of time in our life. And when we think of the reason behind it, we would easily blame others or today’s highly competitive environment in which we have to live in.
But can you imagine truth is somewhat different, it could be because of some kind of imbalance in energy centers within our body. What?...energy centers within our body? Yes!...you heard it right. We carry the whole universe within ourselves. Some of you might be aware of these energy centers.
The human body is a complex energy form. There are 114 energy centres called Chakras in our body. It has 72,000 nadis along which the vital energy or “prana” flows. The nadis meet at different points in the body, where they form a triangle which called a chakra or wheel.
They are located along the spine starting at the base of spine and running upwards to the crown of the head. Each chakra coincides with a gland and radiate energy and a specific color.
So, each chakra is associated to a specific psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual character of our being. Thus, balance of chakras lead to a vibrant well-being and good health whereas imbalance can lead to many disorders.
